Résumé

Abstract

Emanuel Kant is a German philosopher of the 18th century, in this text it is a question of reflecting on his thought concerning the multidisciplinary concept of peace, thinker of the German Enlightenment, he is known mainly for his work Critique of Pure Reason, but also for his reflections on morals, aesthetics and politics. It is in law; such seems to me to be Kant's thesis. Which means that the ideal is the principle of politics? There is no civil peace between men, or peace between States, except insofar as the ideal is the principle of the effective reality of their relations. The historical reality of States is not ideal, but it is only through the ideal that it is sometimes something other than barbarism or despotism.
